The BDM is in the business of providing, and ensuring, outstanding solutions delivery to their customers and acts in the dual role of Business Development and Account Manager.
Within the Business Development portfolio, they will identify and develop leads, effectively communicate key value propositions, and convert opportunities into new business.
As the Account Manager their core priority is addressing customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. As they continue to develop these relationships and gain a further understanding of their customers business goals and objectives, they will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Time allocation is expected to be approximately 50% in Business Development and 50% in Account Management, depending on current client needs and organisational goals.

Someone that knows what is required from a technology and customer service point of view to keep businesses ticking along smoothly.
